Weight loss and toning class
Please note this class will transfer to 4.45 Sunday from 23rd April 2017This is a special class for mums wanting to step up their yoga prior to conceiving or once postnatal healing has taken place. There is an element of flow and it is recommended that you have attended some of the other postnatal classes before enrolling.
The class focuses on the core and the pelvic floor through more advanced breathing and asana, as these parts of the body are vital to strength, power and will-power. The postures are deeper and held for longer than in pregnancy and early postnatal classes and work with the systems in the body that support metabolism regulation and promote elimination of fluid and waste within the female body.
Classes are small, fun and have an increasing pace and intensity.
